Cordura®, PFC-free double-layer 420D Oxford polyamide, and PU coating on all fabrics make our HAUTE ROUTE 40 extremely resistant to abrasion and water. This backpack fits perfectly thanks to its load control cords and the ergonomically shaped O-Flex-2 back system with an S-shaped stabilizer, which distributes the weight evenly between the hips and shoulders, even over prolonged periods. The hip fins connect inside the back system so they wrap comfortably and smoothly around the body.
With its greater capacity, the HAUTE ROUTE 40 has space for everything you may need. The spacious main compartment can be accessed from the top and back, meaning that the entire contents of the backpack can be easily accessed, while a separate safety compartment provides quick access to emergency equipment. Thanks to the rope attachment on the lid, you can pack and unpack your rope without having to open the backpack. In addition to the crampon fastening, ice axe and hiking pole fastening, and the fixed helmet net, there are also fastenings for a snowboard, for example. Skis can be attached using the classic method or diagonally.
